Package Pre-payment
Pre-Payment is necessary for all packages. All prices and services are subject to change, you will be advised prior to service. Catering is available from the Café at Summerset for all group reservations and special parties. Sorry, no outside food or beverages allowed.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy for groups two or more and/or clients receiving two or more services is a follows: credit card numbers and gift card numbers must be given at the time of booking, 24 hour cancellation notice is required or the credit card or gift card will have a 25% charge for the amount of the services booked.

Arrival Etiquette
Please allow yourself to arrive 10-15 minutes before spa appointments. Treatment times will be reduced in the event or late arrival in order to keep the salon and spa staff on schedule. The full fee for the service will be charged.

Health Concerns
If you have any health conditions that may affect your visit with us, please inform us when scheduling an appointment.

In-store Etiquette
For the comfort of our guests, please turn cell phones on vibrate or off when visiting our spa or treatment area.

Children
Our salon is not a safe environment for babies and small children. For their benefit and safety we ask that children not be brought into the salon or spa unless scheduled for an appointment. No children may be left unattended in the waiting area.

Stolen Items
The salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles in the salon and spa areas.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Please consult your service provider for their specific payment terms.
